Volunteers are the heart of Voices of Black Grandmothers (VOBG). Our work is powered by people who believe in honoring, supporting, and amplifying the voices of Black grandmothers through community, storytelling, advocacy, and service.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers may support VOBG through:

Who Can Volunteer

Volunteers must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)

• Align with the mission and values of VOBG

• Commit to respectful, ethical, and community-centered service

• Complete the volunteer application and required agreements

No prior experience is required—training and guidance are provided.
