Membership Manager
The Membership Manager is directly responsible for managing the recruitment, acknowledgment, fulfillment of benefits, renewal, and stewardship of BGMI members to higher level of support.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Prior membership related experience preferred
-
Experience with membership database or fundraising systems helpful

Be available to commit 8-10 hours a month on a volunteer basis

Be able to volunteer some evenings and weekends to assist with events and other activities
-
Strong customer service skills and ability to work with staff of all levels

Fiscal responsibility including maintaining membership dues

Excellent organization skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to produce under tight deadlines with multiple priorities

Ability to work independently
